The Comenius Kindergarten and Primary school in Nivnice commemorate Comenius’ anniversary

The Comenius Kindergarten and Primary school in Nivnice took action to mark Comenius’ life anniversaries. The first-graders had painted pictures to accompany Comenius’ texts, and then sent their creative piece of art to a competition „The best fairy-tale book“, organized by the „Let Czechia Live“ initiative in collaboration with the General Health Insurance Office. And the Nivnice pupils could enjoy a big success they had scored – the professional jury prize! Look at the story and picures in the gallery.

The school in Nivnice (Comenius’ possible birthplace) continued its activities. Pupils from the 6th and 8th grades got acquainted with Comenius’ life and ideas. Based on them, they created and interview in which they posed questions and tried to answer them in a way Comenius – the Teacher of Nations - could have answered them.
